L.E.I.P. Initiative

The Law Enforcement Intervention Partnership (L.E.I.P.) Initiative is one of Demand Disruption’s most unique programs. Through this partnership, Demand Disruption is on-site during law enforcement reversal operations that are designed to arrest buyers after soliciting prostitution.

Mere moments after the buyers are arrested, law enforcement allows Demand Disruption to talk with the buyers about the arrest that just occurred. This critical moment allows us to create a relationship with the buyer and gather contact information for communication later.

This conversation is not only a poignant reminder that what they have done is not necessarily who they are, but is also a significant first step in their possible restoration.
